The EPMO team acts as the strategic backbone for campus projects. By providing institution-wide guidance, governance, and standardized processes, they ensure projects align seamlessly with the University's mission and goals. The team manages the largest, most impactful projects on campus, driving positive change for the entire university community.
The Stony Brook University EPMO Dashboard tracks and measures the status of the project health indicators and project progress through a range of key performance indicators. All EPMO actively managed projects currently inflight will appear on this Dashboard with a link to the current monthly status report.
